And You Believe that an NAR Member Offers you
More Protection in your Real Estate Transaction
When In Fact that is a Flat Out Lie.

NAR is so Engrained in your Life that ALL of you Use
the Word "Realtor" for the WordS "Real Estate Agent"
though NAR tells me that is Illegal. Law Books Do it, you Do it
But NAR wants to STOP me from Doing it.

The National Association of Realtors
Violates Anti-Trust Laws, Violates Mortgage Laws,
Violates RESPA Laws, they pay Attorneys to
Advise members at the State Association Level
that is Information Biased on What NAR Needs
to be the Course of Action, to Keep NAR in Business.

Even to the Point of Convincing Members they
are doing something Illegal when they try and
benefit the Real Estate Consumer.

NAR Pushes State Real Estate Governing Agencies
to Make E and O insurance Mandated -
when in FACT this E and O insurance is What Enables
the Realtor to Legally Committ Fraud and
there is nothing you Can do unless you have
BIG Money and a WHOLE lot of Years to Fight.

The National Association of Realtor IS NOT the
Voice Of Real Estate. NO WAY.

Rudy McCormick attacking me to Just Be attacking me ? Why? I am standing up for the Real Estate Consumer and Rudy McCormick is misinforming YOU.

I Understand that Rudy McCormick does not get the TRUTH about E and O insurance, I did not understand when I was new and naive as a Realtor so I get it.. However, being an experienced Realtor as Rudy McCormick wants you to think that he is he should know that E and O insurance Does NOT protect the Real Estate Consumer in ANY way at all.

Realtor, Rudy McCormick, made this comment on my Real Estate Whistleblower Blog..

“Your post is a Fraud and a lie, Errors and Omissions is the only protection your consumers "Buyers & Sellers" have in certain situations. You obviously don't understand the concept of Insurance. It should be a requirement for practice in every state. This would benifit the consumer, and us as professionals. Oh and by the way, how does it feel to be attacked? I know I don't like it."

"This is the Quote he apparently was referencing."The E and O insurance is to protect the Realtor and is not “intended” to protect the Real Estate Consumer. So why in the world would your State Governing Body that regulates the Real Estate Licensee make it Mandatory for your “Realtor” to have E and O Insurance.
To me, this is serious corruption and downright fraud. And many states are following suite. Your State Real Estate Board, or Real Estate Commission, whatever your State Calls it, they are pushed around, strong armed and well, in my opinion CONTROLLED by the Association of Realtors.And they saying being a Realtor is not Mandatory."

I am a Real Estate Broker Owner. I am Telling you the TRUTH about E and O insurance and Rudy MoCormick's comment on my Blog is a Flat Out Lie that is Misleading you the Public. I am not sure if Rudy McCormick just don't know or if he has a motive for misleading you. I do know that One Hundred percent TRUTH Positive my E and O insurance is NOT intended to protect my Real Estate Consumer.

I have information direct from my E and O insurance Provider that says my insurance is not intended to protect my clients. What I say about E and O insurance is Absolutely True. I have seen and been in lawsuits where the E an O insurance has enabled the Realtor to lie and keep the REAL victim in court for years. I have had several real estate attorneys tell me that my E and O insurance is to protect me and Not My Buyers and Sellers.

Rudy McCormick is Flat Out Wrong in this and obviously is VERY inexperienced in the Truth about Real Estate. And must have never seen a lawsuit with an E and O insurance provider involved. Rudy says that "Errors and Omissions is the only protection your consumers "Buyers & Sellers" have in certain situations" this is Flat Out WRONG. the E and O insurance DOES not protect buyers and sellers PERIOD. Do your homework, if you want to TRUST folks like Rudy McCormick, go ahead, see what happens..

My buyers and sellers are in no way protected by me or by my E and O insurance. I have seen this in action big time, with major proof that the REALTOR lied, failed to disclose and the Seller flat out lied and failed to disclose. If you must believe Rudy McCormick. You go on ahead... But don't say that you Did not know because I just Told you the Truth.

Rudy McCormick Wants to Know how it feels to be attacked... I guess Rudy McCormick Realtor thinks that he is the only one attacking me, again nonesense. Of course Realtors attack me and often, however this has been for a decade now and was not always about my blogs exposing the Dirty little Secret of the Real Estate Industry.

Realtors attacked me for giving my real estate consumers a discount on commission, Realtors attacked me for actually disclosing known problmes with homes, Realtors attacked me for charging less commission on land vs houses, Realtors attacked me for questioning NAR ethics violations, Realtors attacked me for tell the Association of Realtors about Realtors who lied to consumers and much, much more.

But the Attack that Hit the hardest and hurt the worst well that was the attack, the blatant BOLD outright Attack I witnessed on the Real Estate Consumer day after day. And the E and O insurance in which assisted the Realtor with getting away with these attacks, lies, non-disclosure and activities that directly hurt the real estate consumer.

I tell the truth, I stand for the Real Estate Consumer who is ATTACKED and violated by the National Association of Realtors who lobbys against the consumer, who does not hold Realtors accountable for lies - fraud and ethics violation. Real Estate Agents Suck

I get this as a Search time on my website a whole lot. I know you cannot judge an entire group and say that all Real Estate Agents Suck, that would just not be true. However, it is irrelevent for the Laws, the Ethics, the Standards of Practice and the lack of accountablitity comes from the top, so whether you suck as a Real Estate Agent of Not does not matter, because the Realtors, the Real Estate Brokers that do wrong by you or your Real Estate Clients are not held accountable for lies, bad behavior and non-disclosure by The National Association of Realtors, the Local or State Association of Realtors and they are not made to be accountable for the lies, the non-disclosure, the Ethics they break or the so called Standards of Practice that NAR puts out to make you, the Real Estate Consumer think that using a Realtor is Of A Higher Standard, it simple is not.

So sorry Realtors Suck, they can't help it. Get out of the Realtor Association and Get Back to Integrity. For Now STOP using Realtors, you can sell, market and buy online easier, cheaper and quicker then any Realtor in your target market area.
