I Understand that Rudy McCormick does not get the TRUTH about E and O insurance, I did not understand when I was new and naive as a Realtor so I get it.. However, being an experienced Realtor as Rudy McCormick wants you to think that he is he should know that E and O insurance Does NOT protect the Real Estate Consumer in ANY way at all.

Your State Real Estate Board, or Real Estate Commission, whatever your State Calls it, they are pushed around, strong armed and well, in my opinion CONTROLLED by the Association of Realtors.And they saying being a Realtor is not Mandatory."

I have information direct from my E and O insurance Provider that says my insurance is not intended to protect my clients. What I say about E and O insurance is Absolutely True. I have seen and been in lawsuits where the E an O insurance has enabled the Realtor to lie and keep the REAL victim in court for years. I have had several real estate attorneys tell me that my E and O insurance is to protect me and Not My Buyers and Sellers.

Rudy McCormick is Flat Out Wrong in this and obviously is VERY inexperienced in the Truth about Real Estate. And must have never seen a lawsuit with an E and O insurance provider involved. Rudy says that "Errors and Omissions is the only protection your consumers "Buyers & Sellers" have in certain situations" this is Flat Out WRONG. the E and O insurance DOES not protect buyers and sellers PERIOD. Do your homework, if you want to TRUST folks like Rudy McCormick, go ahead, see what happens..

My buyers and sellers are in no way protected by me or by my E and O insurance. I have seen this in action big time, with major proof that the REALTOR lied, failed to disclose and the Seller flat out lied and failed to disclose. If you must believe Rudy McCormick. You go on ahead... But don't say that you Did not know because I just Told you the Truth.
Rudy McCormick Wants to Know how it feels to be attacked... I guess Rudy McCormick Realtor thinks that he is the only one attacking me, again nonesense. Of course Realtors attack me and often, however this has been for a decade now and was not always about my blogs exposing the Dirty little Secret of the Real Estate Industry.

Realtors attacked me for giving my real estate consumers a discount on commission, Realtors attacked me for actually disclosing known problmes with homes, Realtors attacked me for charging less commission on land vs houses, Realtors attacked me for questioning NAR ethics violations, Realtors attacked me for tell the Association of Realtors about Realtors who lied to consumers and much, much more.

But the Attack that Hit the hardest and hurt the worst well that was the attack, the blatant BOLD outright Attack I witnessed on the Real Estate Consumer day after day. And the E and O insurance in which assisted the Realtor with getting away with these attacks, lies, non-disclosure and activities that directly hurt the real estate consumer.

I tell the truth, I stand for the Real Estate Consumer who is ATTACKED and violated by the National Association of Realtors who lobbys against the consumer, who does not hold Realtors accountable for lies - fraud and ethics violation. I stand for the Real Estate Consumer who is Not being Heard and is NOT being Looked out for.
