Where is the "Voice of Real Estate" as your Losing Everything in Real Estate Investments they Got you Into with their Lies. Past Presidents Said Buy - Buy... local Franchise Managing Brokers Such as Tom Burk of Northwest Montana now Moved on to Torture the Oregon Real Estate Market... guys like Tom Burk managed a Huge amount of Big Money Coldwell Bankers in Northwest Montana, he said it was a good time to buy. Real Estate Consumers listened to him because of his position, he even went on local online forums to Spout his Gibberish and because NAR lies about being the Voice of Real Estate and "Really of a Higher Standard" - the Public Believed the National Association of Realtors and boy did they BUY - Buy.
The Real Estate Consumer bought and Illusion. The signs of a market collapse were everywhere and the NAR Economic THUG said all is well ... Good Time to Buy and he is still allowed to Yammer his Flat Out Lies and Consumers are Still listening Because the National Association of Realtors is after all "The Voice of Real Estate".
The Proof is there for those who wish to look at the Facts. NAR lied to consumers and they provide no protection to the real estate consumer - NONE. Now they can tell you whatever story that makes you feel better but the Truth Remains the Truth.
As So many of you Lose your Homes to Foreclosure, the Banks - the Lenders - the HUGE finance companies that got you into this trouble by bad business, fraud, false home values and YES they knew all along, EVEN and Especially NAR...
The Banks Got a Bailout when they should have been allowed to Fail as so many of you are losing everything but instead MONEY was printed to help them to not FAIL while your Losing everything. NAR is still trying to look like hey we did not know, we are here to help when really they are lobbying to keep banks out of real estate - WON THAT finally, they lobby to get that money flowing so you can get into bad loans based on False Values Again and they don't lobby for the kind of things that would really help the real estate consumer.
Why not reduce you debt at least to the now appraised value? Why is Trillions rewarded to Fraud, Bad Business and come on they knew... read Confessions of a Secondary Lender, Listen to me a Real Estate Broker Owner for over a Decade... THEY KNEW.. you LOSE ... they get Rewarded... your Losing Everything... and NAR wants to Remain the "voice of real estate" and to Remain with the Flat Lie that NAR is of a "Higher Standard" and those Low Life Real Estate Brokers like me well we are Evil and Bad news because we QUIT NAR and don't pretend that NAR is of those Ethics and Standards that Deceive the Public.
Most real estate loans out there are are for more then the house will "Appraise For" - the thing is that appraisal value when you got the house was NOT Accurate. The REALTORS MLS Data is Fraudulent, there is no way to monitor it, and it is easy to Fake a Market, Create a Comp, and Set up False Data... it happened over a decade and NO One Could Do anything. Instead of Spending Money to actually get some sort of Quality Control over Data, Local Association Spend Hundreds of Thousands on Useless little play pretend calculator looking things that gave codes so they could log into the MLS with a new special code daily to make SURE and KEEP those dreaded Real Estate Consumers who REALLY DO OWN the MLS Data, to Keep them OUT of it, that is what they think is important to SPEND Big Money on. .. ~ You Lose.
The MLS Data is not checked for Quality Control EVER - the Realtors just do as they please, the Lenders allow it, appraisals come in high from pressure from the Realtors, False Comps, Comps made up from fake sales to friends or family and none of it is Real - YET now when the GiG is up they simple get a government bailout and you have to pay your loans, lose your homes and get no relief.
