NAR does not Provide Consumer Protection in ANY way.

The National Association of Realtors NEEDS

you to REALLY buy into the Illusion that they
are the "Voice of Real Estate"
that way you will Simply not know that you can use
a Real Estate Broker that is NOT Part of the
Real Estate Cartel known as
National Association of Realtors.

And You Believe that an NAR Member Offers you
More Protection in your Real Estate Transaction
When In Fact that is a Flat Out Lie.

NAR is so Engrained in your Life that ALL of you Use
the Word "Realtor" for the WordS "Real Estate Agent"
though NAR tells me that is Illegal. Law Books Do it, you Do it
But NAR wants to STOP me from Doing it.

The National Association of Realtors
Violates Anti-Trust Laws, Violates Mortgage Laws,
Violates RESPA Laws, they pay Attorneys to
Advise members at the State Association Level
that is Information Biased on What NAR Needs
to be the Course of Action, to Keep NAR in Business.

Even to the Point of Convincing Members they
are doing something Illegal when they try and
benefit the Real Estate Consumer.

NAR Pushes State Real Estate Governing Agencies
to Make E and O insurance Mandated -
when in FACT this E and O insurance is What Enables
the Realtor to Legally Committ Fraud and
there is nothing you Can do unless you have
BIG Money and a WHOLE lot of Years to Fight.

Crystal L Cox Quit the National Association of Realtors long ago when it was discovered the Realtor Association is not in place to protect the consumer rights but rather to Protect their own best interest as well the interests of their prominent members.

Who then protects the consumer in a real estate transaction? Crystal L Cox, Real Estate Broker, realized that there was a need to educate the consumer regarding the real estate transcation. In fact armed with the correction information it becomes possible to complete a real estate transaction without a "Qualified Realtor" claiming fiduciary responsibility.

After all, would you trust a virtual stranger with what could be the most important purchase of your life, Your Home. Just because they hold the title "Realtor". It is not a real Qualification as you will find.

Why not represent yourself? Crystal Cox knows, get educated, NO ONE cares more about you, your life and preserving your investment than you! The money you save not paying commission to a "Realtor" will more than pay for your education.

The Definition of Realtor, this is a hoot.

The term REALTOR® identifies a licensed professional in real estate who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Not all licensed real estate brokers and salespersons are members of the National Association, and only those who are, can identify themselves as REALTORS®.
Realtors conduct their business and activities in accordance with a strict Code of Ethics.
For example, as agents in a real estate transaction, licensed brokers and salespersons are prohibited by law from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. A request from the home seller or landlord to act in a discriminatory manner in the sale, lease or rental cannot legally be fulfilled by the real estate professional.
If anyone besides a REALTOR knows this to be true you are one of the few, a rare experience indeed.

To become a "Realtor" (and you better pronounce the trademark word correctly "REAL_TOR"), to become a Realtor all you need is money. Pay the Man and your in. That is all it takes to Qualify you as a professional acting in accordance with a "strict Code of Ethics". Go the the club house meetings, the play pretend award ceremonies, make nicey nice with the competition, everyone knows they would walk over the top of you for the almighty buck.

It's funny to hear the grousings in the back of the room at one of these events or "awards lunchons" Remarks such as "Oh he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth". or "He doesn't need that". "His Daddy paved the way for him". This room full of sharkes are your respected colleagues? Bull. they despise one another. They stick together in a group to protect each others butts, NOT for the benefit of You the consumer.

Ask anyone who ever had a Problem Real Estate Transaction, if it was resolved in a satisfactory manner by an Association of Realtors? You will not find anyone, I can guarantee it. Realtors Protect only themselves.
