I am Listening TO you.
Folks Real Estate Consumers harmed by Realtors are not being heard. Really, they are turned away at the local association of Realtors Everywhere. I have not gotten reports out of country yet but from what I am hearing it is not just in the several Association of Realtors I have belonged to.
And most of the Time it is NOT the rookie agents, the sales agents doing this major harm, it is the Brokers, the Managing Brokers - the Brokers in charge and the local association will NOT hear other broker owners if their star BROKER is acting illegally, unethical or fraudulent and they will in No way hear the Real Estate Consumer.
in Many cases I have seen and heard of it is the President of the local Realtor association who is a Broker that has done the harm, committed the fraud, lied to the consumer and the Local Association of Realtors turns the consumer away, they Say oh he would not do that or we will NOT TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT!...".
And the Consumer in turn has No where to Turn, no one will hear their Complaint, no one is listening and if it does get into the hands of a Real Estate attorney well then your really in trouble - the Realtors E and O insurance kicks in and the Real Estate Lawyer is afraid of it .. bigtime and they are looking for the quickest way to line their pockets and treat you as the Criminal when you are really the Real Estate Victim.
So where does a Real Estate Consumer turn when Realtors treat them so badly? And again ALL Realtors are in no way bad, but that is irrelevant. If the bad Realtors are let to do as they please and there is no accountability at NAR for them.. then how can a "Good Realtor" protect you from them. these Big shot Brokers know that NAR at any level will do nothing so they do as they please. And the Real Estate Consumer is left with no real rights.
Why do Realtors, Brokers have so much they can legally do but they are not really trained to do, they are just set lose on the Real Estate consumer and are NOT held accountable, as if that is not bad enough NAR claims to Be the voice of Real Estate and of a "Higher Standard" on top of it. Oh and don't forget those Realtors are BETTER slogans because of their Fancy, Fake, Fraudulant Code of Ethics.
I say the real estate consumer has no way in the current system to beat the Realtor or to hold them accountable so you must EXPOSE them. NARcasting the Future of U.S. Housing Prices: July 2009
This week, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) provided their latest estimate of annual existing home sales for 2009 revising their 2009 total year sales forecast down to 4.885 million units.
Of course, their chief economist, Lawrence Yun, and current president, Charles McMillan, continue their handiwork carefully spinning the notion of a stabilization in the national housing markets while simultaneously promoting the idea that federal legislation to standardize the home appraisal process is required to maintain any real stabilization…
“First-time buyers also are being drawn off the sidelines by the $8,000 tax credit, which is helping to absorb inventory. However, the increase in sales is less than expected because poor appraisals are stalling transactions. Pending home sales indicated much stronger activity, but some contracts are falling through from faulty valuations that keep buyers from getting a loan.” Yun said.
“To maximize the potential for a housing recovery and subsequent economic recovery, we need realistic appraisals that are based on proper comparisons and done by a local specialist,” McMillan said.
For those of you that don’t recognize it… this talk is the simple framing of an appeal (through RPAC the Realtor political action committee) for action from the federal government to contrive the procedures used to conduct fair-market appraisals of residential real estate.
In an effort to put their absurd bias into perspective I compiled all their existing home sales forecasts for 2007, 2008 and now 2009 into a chart along with a list of prominent quotes supplied with each forecast."
Richard Gaylord is Lying in this Video and No one can do anything about it. NAR is Not held to the Higher Standard that they brag they are all about. NAR Should be held accountable for this dispicable Propaganda but they are not. And in fact though they Convinced you to Get deeper into debt, though they have not Quality control over MLS data and do NOT hold Realtor, NAR members accountable for the damage they do for real estate consumers .. well NOW they are advising your Government on What Next, to Save You the Real Estate Consumer, and because NAR is a Billion Dollar Entity - your Government listens to their Advice, Clout, Pressure and Flat Out Lies.

NAR got you the Real Estate Consumer into this Mess and not enough People are point the Finger at the NAR president and the National Association of Realtors. I saw this stuff first hand and you, the Real Estate Victim (Real Estates Consumer) - you have been Duped ~ and now NAR is "working with Congress" as the New NAR president Charles McMillan prepares for more LIES forced on the Real Estate Consumer to come to YOUR aid when they are the PROBLEM in the First Place.
NAR is lying and where does it End? Big Money and Big Politics will keep NAR forced into your Real Estate Transactions and you can do nothing about it, Seemingly.
Here is the Secret Weapon, IF you the Real Estate Consumer, the Real Estate Victims Speak out about Realtors, NAR and you Stop letting them do this to you, then little by little the EMPIRE, the Cartel will come down and you the Real Estate Consumer will have a chance. For now, their billions are stomping on you daily and you don't even know it.. and odds are your local Realtor does not know either, they just play follow the leader, don't ask questions and Get my Paycheck..

This is Such a Crock, you the Consumer need to be on targeted real estate sites for your area, your property, and not a HUGE site like Realtor.com where your buyers are lost and then led astray even more by Realtors... just build a blog, Sell without a Realtor and move on.. this is a Flat Out Lie..

NAR needs it's Members to Stand up and to Fight for the NAR Agenda. This is NOT about what is best for the Real Estate Consumer - this is about what is best for NAR.
NAR has a Proven Track Record of Lying to YOU and they do not let up. This video may be removed and taken to a Secret members area but for now it is here and it is a STRONG evidence to how Realtors are encourage to Stand up for NAR's agenda that make NAR stronger and richer, and hurts the real estate consumer, though NAR pretends that it is in the best interest of consumers. This Video says quantity is KEY.. but Congress is only hearing from the REALTORS on these issues... the Real Estate Consumer does not know, so they don't get a voice.
This video also says THEY ALLOW for personal comments on the Call to Action.. .. so another words.. NAR feeds the Realtors in the Field what opinion to have, what to say. And in the Spirit of We are INDIVIDUAL OFFICES and do not VIOLATE anti-trust laws, what the Realtor Sheep end up doing is sending the same Call to Action letter to Congress in mass and then claim they are independent offices, and that their is a Spirit of Cooperation and individuality when it is a Flat Out Lie. Oh but they let you put in a personal note and Congress especially likes that... is this only Alarming to Me... I read many of this letters on the Department of Justice website with the Anti-Trust Lawsuit between them and NAR... it is sad seriously.
they say it is important that REALTORS get their Voice heard at every step along the way... this is to ensure that the Realtor get their way, and Guess what YOU LOSE...
This Video proves that NAR lobbying and tactics is to Keep Realtors in Business, when I was still a member we got these Calls to Action all the time, the Public - the Real Estate Victim (Consumer) don't know what hit them.. all they know is they have to call a Realtor if they really want to sell.. NOT TRUE.. but believed.
