And You Believe that an NAR Member Offers you
More Protection in your Real Estate Transaction
When In Fact that is a Flat Out Lie.

NAR is so Engrained in your Life that ALL of you Use
the Word "Realtor" for the WordS "Real Estate Agent"
though NAR tells me that is Illegal. Law Books Do it, you Do it
But NAR wants to STOP me from Doing it.

The National Association of Realtors
Violates Anti-Trust Laws, Violates Mortgage Laws,
Violates RESPA Laws, they pay Attorneys to
Advise members at the State Association Level
that is Information Biased on What NAR Needs
to be the Course of Action, to Keep NAR in Business.

Even to the Point of Convincing Members they
are doing something Illegal when they try and
benefit the Real Estate Consumer.

NAR Pushes State Real Estate Governing Agencies
to Make E and O insurance Mandated -
when in FACT this E and O insurance is What Enables
the Realtor to Legally Committ Fraud and
there is nothing you Can do unless you have
BIG Money and a WHOLE lot of Years to Fight.

The National Association of Realtor IS NOT the

NARcasting the Future of U.S. Housing Prices: July 2009

This week, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) provided their latest estimate of annual existing home sales for 2009 revising their 2009 total year sales forecast down to 4.885 million units.
Of course, their chief economist, Lawrence Yun, and current president, Charles McMillan, continue their handiwork carefully spinning the notion of a stabilization in the national housing markets while simultaneously promoting the idea that federal legislation to standardize the home appraisal process is required to maintain any real stabilization…
“First-time buyers also are being drawn off the sidelines by the $8,000 tax credit, which is helping to absorb inventory. However, the increase in sales is less than expected because poor appraisals are stalling transactions. Pending home sales indicated much stronger activity, but some contracts are falling through from faulty valuations that keep buyers from getting a loan.” Yun said.
“To maximize the potential for a housing recovery and subsequent economic recovery, we need realistic appraisals that are based on proper comparisons and done by a local specialist,” McMillan said.
For those of you that don’t recognize it… this talk is the simple framing of an appeal (through RPAC the Realtor political action committee) for action from the federal government to contrive the procedures used to conduct fair-market appraisals of residential real estate.
In an effort to put their absurd bias into perspective I compiled all their existing home sales forecasts for 2007, 2008 and now 2009 into a chart along with a list of prominent quotes supplied with each forecast."


Who Cares What LIES the National Association of Realtors is spewing, the have been Flat Out lying to the Real Estate Consumer all along and they have NO accountability for the Lies they tell. I cannot believe that ANY kind of Media still takes NAR serious in any way shape or form.

Time to Hold NAR accountable for Previous LIES that ruined lives.. and in NO WAY listen to the lying advise, bull and unreliable Yammerings of the NAR today.

NAR, Lawrence Yun can say what ever he - they want. The Real Estate Victim, (Consumer) listens and when they lose everything Realtors say Oh well, give it back to the bank or Realtors get to resell it for the distressed homeowner or the Bank or even buy it themselves.
