I am not lying, I am not on a rant, my goal is to tell you what your not being told and have suspected for a very long time. I am telling the truth, I cannot help it if some Real-A-Tors have not seen what I have Seen.
Joshua Hanoud thinks he gets to say my website does not really piss him off.. just don't look at it.. or read ALL posts, watch all videos and state all that you Joshua Hanoud disagree with, you want "Broker" on the forum to say what "Broker" agrees with.. why don't you state every single thing that "pisses" you off. I am not Lying, this is my TRUE story, as I experienced it.
My posts are certainly justified, I swore to do right by my real estate consumer, I put my hand over my heart and took an oath as a Real - A - Tor and I could in no way honor that oath, due to the lack of accountability to Supposed Ethics and higher standards by Realtors who violated those codes...
I took that Oath Seriously and NAR had no intention of holding anyone to it .. for REAL in the Real World of Real Estate....

Note to POST: heard from Josh Hanoud - Tropic Shores Realty in Florida, heard from Nat the Assistant this morning. She wants me to quote him, so go to the link above and read his quote. Though he is unwilling to QUOTE me, or even read my blog.. really.. to find that ONE nugget of Truth. Joshua Hanoud SLAMMED me, I will NOT take it laying down. I am a Real Estate Consumer Advocate and I stand in the Truth. Josh Hanoud apparently has sent in his secretary or assistant ? to Sass me.. so this office has started a scuffle with me... I will let ya know how it goes... Again CONSUMERS.. I am telling you what I have seen from MY experience...
