I trust the Consumer knows what a Slimy "Agent" is. I am NOT asking to BE Selected for ANYTHING. I do NOT want YOUR Listing. I make a living just fine without it. I am BETTER then an NAR member, reason being now I can actually do more for my client, I am not held back in my marking, I am not subject to the cat fights and constant Realtor attacks and interference on my deals. I do not PLAY along with supposed Ethics and Higher Standards, It is better for ME and better for Consumers. Realtors, NAR will continue to force their way into your live, lobby for laws to make YOU need or legally have to use them.
NAR is very large, and those who make good money as a Realtor LOVE IT and they don't want me here... oh well. I have been disappoint by NAR for a decade no. I feel into the trap of trusting they meant those Ethics and Higher Standards and NOW as I look back, I want to Tell my story, and I know that I can help someone, even if just ONE person out there then this attack by the Realtors and Appraisers daily, this endless work... Will Be Worth it...
Pikes Peak is very naive and certainly NOT in the KNOW of the Real World of Real Estate. The System in Place he talks about - it DOES not Work, it turns away good Broker - turns away consumers, and it is not there in a way that Really Makes a Difference. So if your counting on the "system in place" you are guaranteed to be discouraged...
Take Care out There Folks.. only You can Protect you. Don't believe me, don't call or email me to list your property... just dig deep and KNOW more before you SIGN.. don' t count on any NAR promises, lobbying or local - state activity to be in benefit of you... the Real Estate Consumer.
NOTE: Why Do these Folks Hide their Real Name while telling me how wrong I am. I give my name, I stand in my TRUTH. If they hide their identity - and want you to believe them over me... I would dig deeper..
