the National Association of Realtors is a Hoax.

NAR is NOT of a "Higher Standard" as they Claim to Be.

NAR does not Provide Consumer Protection in ANY way.

The National Association of Realtors NEEDS

you to REALLY buy into the Illusion that they
are the "Voice of Real Estate"
that way you will Simply not know that you can use
a Real Estate Broker that is NOT Part of the
Real Estate Cartel known as
National Association of Realtors.

And You Believe that an NAR Member Offers you
More Protection in your Real Estate Transaction
When In Fact that is a Flat Out Lie.

NAR is so Engrained in your Life that ALL of you Use
the Word "Realtor" for the WordS "Real Estate Agent"
though NAR tells me that is Illegal. Law Books Do it, you Do it
But NAR wants to STOP me from Doing it.

The National Association of Realtors
Violates Anti-Trust Laws, Violates Mortgage Laws,
Violates RESPA Laws, they pay Attorneys to
Advise members at the State Association Level
that is Information Biased on What NAR Needs
to be the Course of Action, to Keep NAR in Business.

Even to the Point of Convincing Members they
are doing something Illegal when they try and
benefit the Real Estate Consumer.

NAR Pushes State Real Estate Governing Agencies
to Make E and O insurance Mandated -
when in FACT this E and O insurance is What Enables
the Realtor to Legally Committ Fraud and
there is nothing you Can do unless you have
BIG Money and a WHOLE lot of Years to Fight.

The National Association of Realtor IS NOT the

Ok I'll say it. I like many other Realtors I've talked to and by comments I've read on this forum don't really want to be Realtors. I don't feel being a Realtor really does me anything.

I know like Crystal says it doesn't help the consumer much at all. I guess it just provides me with two things and they are the only reason I'm a Realtor.

I get lower MLS fees and I get the lousy advertising on realtor.com. I could be an agent with MLS access only that the extra cost of that is more then it costs me to be a Realtor. She does get good search results in google. "

Marc Oster thank you for the SEO compliment. I have looked at your site, you seem to be "like me" in a way, I opened my office in 2009 as well... you seem to be a go getter.. just do right by your consumers.. you look like you want to... don't spar with me Marc, this is a VERY big deal and I have seen some VERY bad damage and no accountability. I will stand up for the Real Estate Consumer.. and I may not say Real-A-Tor right every time, I seriously don't feel like it matters any more .. it is just a word.

Thank you for Speaking your Truth. It matters so much. You don't need to be a NAR member, you just need Internet Marketing. Why be a member if they do not hold anyone accountable to Ethics. One reason yes, they control the MLS but they should not control that either. We pay them for services, for ethics, to be of a higher standard - to be Proud that we are of this Higher Standards and it is all Words and Illusions. NAR does not hold the "bad guy or gal" accountable so it makes it irrelevant that we, ourselves follow the ethics

NAR is a Big Bully, they have forced agents to use them or FAIL and yet provide no real help for us, charge us for EVERYTHING and then they do not Stand up for the Good - Ethical Agents or the Real Estate Consumer.

Thanks for Noticing my marketing skills, we have give 5 years full time to our Internet presence... I am now a Search Engine Reputation Manager of sorts. Though Josh Hanoud says
"She wrote a post about me on her blog with the specific intent of hurting my online reputation" this is not true. I am simply defending myself and doing so immediately.

I am slammed often, well daily as you can imagine and I simply treat it as a full time job and I defend my words, myself, my truth. My "intent" is not to hurt Josh Hanoud or any other Realtor, my intent is to provide some Raw Truth according to what I, One Ex-Realtor, One Broker Owner has witnessed over the last decade. Josh hurt his own reputation by speaking, writing on that blog without doing his "homework" on me. Consumers won't care Joshua P. Hanoud, just do right by them.. and that is what they will remember.

I wanted to be an NAR member, I was PROUD to be a Member, I convince half my small town to join the MLS - the Realtors 10 years ago. I was so wrong. I was failed by NAR, I was lied to ... the Oath, the Ethics, the Standards of Practice all REALLY meant nothing.. so here I am .. I am good at real estate and I will NOT simply switch careers because I cannot stomach how bad it is.

I just want to Help the consumer whose lives I have seen in years of turmoil, pain, stress, and financial ruin while having PROVEN without a doubt proof that the REALTOR lied - failed to disclose.... and the REALTOR well they move on - they don't get thier lives ruined... yet it was their fault...

I am not claiming to know everything, you folks in bigger cities have much different experiences, there are thousands upon thousands of stories and examples out there. My story is just ONE. However, the Common Ground is NAR and in that I feel like what I am saying is valid Internationally ... wherever NAR is doing these same things. I am just One Voice.
