I feel it is UnEthical and SHOULD be illegal for a Real Estate Broker to be an appraiser. Even if you are not appraising your own Sale, still there is lots of room for "issues" to come up that HURT you the Real Estate Consumer. THEY are subject to PEER pressure alot more then you, the real estate consumer may believe.

Now as far as me being a dudette, a moron.. well I am NOT a dime a dozen... YOU may NEVER meet anyone like me... those who say shallow mindless none sense, are likely to not have read through my 10,000 posts online and cannot make a judgement on my intelligence in a one moment rant, with other Realtors on a Forum attacking me like a pack of Wolves.

About PPC - I get it.. About you folks promoting my site, don't worry consumers really do want to know and I certainly do NOT need a pack of Realtor Wolves to descend on my ONE blog... to give me Internet Traffic or Promotion of any kind.. but thanks for suggesting that one...
