NAR - the Realtors said Buy - Buy - Buy - Short Sales Specialist Hogwash..

Even when they knew the System was failing they said Buy... Now the Realtors are specializing in Short Sales, in Rescuing You from Foreclosure. The same Foreclosures they got you into in the First Place.

NAR is really pushing Realtors to get into foreclosures, newsletters, courses... and all their jargon and nonsense to KEEP Realtors in the Money... Your Money.

Realtors Give Classes on "Short Sales" promising to Save the Seller and make the Buyers RICH, when in truth, desperate times call for desperate measures and short sales are a way for REALTORS to stay in business while consumers are losing everything and NAR is Advising Your Government soooo we can get those Mortgage Dollars Rolling.

Saying that your a "Short Sale Specialist" is just the latest gimmic, add it to GRI, to Accredited Buyers Representative, Commercial Expert, Ranch Specialist..... all just labels.. hey I SOLD one, I am a "Specialist". Don't Buy into the Games Folks, make educated decisions and don't be pushed into the latest "Realtor Agenda" ... They NEED you, YOU don't NEED them.
