Some Say that I am grouping of all agents and brokers into the same pot.
This is in NO WAY true.
I know there are good agents. I truly believe that there are more “Good Agents” who want to just make an honest living, sell real estate and do the best they can for their client. However, in the Real World of Real Estate that is irrelevant.
If you try and be a good agent and do right by your client - customer, and NAR fails miserably at holding a bad agents accountable for Lies, Silent Fraud, Non-Disclosure, Ethics Violations, Standard of Practice Violations and actually breaking the Law - then how are the Good Agents - Realtors - Brokers … suppose to stay in business and do right by their Real Estate Consumer?
All Agents and Brokers are Not in the Same Pot, as they say I say. They are ALL very different.. But NAR at the State, Local and National level are the Same.. and they can't or won't hold Realtors accountable for some VERY bad stuff that real estate consumers end up paying the price, suffering and losing years of their life to...
All this while NAR continues to push marketing that lies to consumers that Realtors are of a “Higher Standard” knowing that they can’t or won’t really, actually make the Broker Owners, managers… accountable if they break these “pinky swear” promises they call “Ethics” and “Standards of Practice”.
Those are just mumbo jumbo to make YOU think you need a Realtor and to make us Real Estate Brokers want to join, so we too can be of a “Higher Standard’ when in TRUTH it is BOGUS.. A hocus pocus smoke screen to get you to keep listing with a Realtor…
When the Good Realtors get discouraged with being knocked down, and when they realize that NAR will NOT back them up well they switch careers and a whole lot more Realtors line up to take their place… you .. The Real Estate Consumer.. Well YOU Lose.
