Realtors are in High Demand - That is the Way you Want It

Why do you, the real estate consumer tell me how bad your Realtor treats you, how little they do for you.. you talk about Bad Photos, you tell me they lied to you about fake offers, they failed to disclose or tell you the truth, they use your property as a fake to sell another, they only call when the listing is getting ready to expire, they talk down to you and push you around, they talk to their co-workers about your private life and give so much information that it drives your prices down, you know that their E and O insurance does not protect you, you know the buyers are looking online for what you have for sale but still you List with a Realtor.

You give them 6% to sell your Real Estate, to treat you bad, to lie to you, to ignore you and when all is said it done their E and O insurance will make sure that you are absolutely treated as bad as possible and have as few rights as possible should you ever find out the Realtors lied to you or failed to disclose to you.

You Keep Giving them your money, while you keep complaining about the service.. makes no sense to me.. Selling without a Realtor is Easy, Cheap, Effective and Provides more protection, those who believe they have more protection in using a Realtor, are seriously lacking in Real Fact.

Knowledge is Power

The Only person who really cares about what happens to your family, your money, you life is YOU.. so do not leave you future in the hand of a commission based, not service based, Member of the National Association of Realtors who cannot possible have your best interest at heart. It simply is not in the ByLaws, Ethics are Not enforced, Standards of Practice are NOT Law, I mean the Law is Hard enough to enforce, try and enforce ethics within a self governed society such as the Association of Realtors.

Why don't the Realtors just Stop Reading my Blog and Watching my Videos

It is so funny that the Realtors Keep watching my videos and reading my blogs just to rant on me. Instead of just dismissing my information as wrong or out there, they keep coming back to take a look, then they go to their members only area and rag on me. People email me and ask if Realtors "gang up" per say on consumers over certain issues. They certainly do, you can see in the Members only area at ActiveRain.com .. for you to be a member you just have to say yes to one of the many professiions that they allow in the "Members Only" area. They don't check your license status, so really anyone can join the ActiveRain's secret members area and see what the "Realtors" are talking about in those area of chat, forum and blogs that they "think" are secret from YOU.

This site is my Rant, it is my blog and come on it is a "sucks" website, if I can't vent my frustration on the Realtors here then where. Some suggest that I just quit and stop giving the Realtor Association my money and to quietly slip away.

You, the Real Estate Consumer might wonder what those "Realtors" are saying about you in their members only areas. It is your money and it is Their MLS, their secret forums to plan their attack on you. Again, are all Realtors bad, No Way, but the system that governs them and that will NOT hold Bad Realtors accountable makes it Impossible for Good Realtors to Protect You. By attack, do I mean some sort of secret conspiring, NO.. just slamming you. If they slam me for my dress and the way I talk, just imagine what they say about you behind the closed doors of your real estate transaction.

Realtor.org should not have Private Area, what are they hiding really?

Realtor do plan attacks on Washington D.C. - some even call it that, as they gear up in huge groups to head to the capitol to march and stomp their feet supposedly on your behalf.

the Real Estate Consumer does not have the luxury to take a day off and fly to D.C. in order to protest for laws to keep their jobs relevant. The Realtors do have the money and the time and they are well organized, the laws the push and create are NOT in your best interest. Do your Homework, they pretend that these laws are in your best interest and they are not.

The Real Estate Consumer gets No Voice in all this, the Realtor push their way on lawmakers and they even boldly call themselves the Voice of Real Estate, another words they Speak for You. So Sit Down and Shut Up and oh yeah, Sign Here... this is all just standard paperwork.. NOT.

Use a Realtor if you Like, you get Freedom of Choice, however, know what you are getting into, really understand those contracts that basically say the Realtor can do no wrong, know that the Realtors have insurance that can keep you in court for years, and know that buyers are looking for you online and you do not need a Realtor to sell your real estate.
